On top of our costs, you will need to allow approximately $300.00 for searches. We can only give you an approximate amount, as the actual amount will vary depending on the area of the property and your lenders requirements, however all will be charged at cost only. These searches are to obtain certificates from Council and Water to adjust the rates and water usage on settlement and the PEXA electronic settlement fee. 
 

Lastly you may wish to allow for any inspection reports such as Pest, Building or Strata Reports, Survey Reports, Building Certificates or Title Insurance that you wish to carry out.
