Natalie has been part of the Conveyancing Services team since 2001 when she began working at the firm as an administration assistant and soon began studying the Conveyancing Law and Practice course at Macquarie University.
After graduating, Natalie has held a continuous Conveyancing Licence since 2007. She has extensive experience in Conveyancing and is well respected in the Conveyancing Industry.
Natalie strives to make sure every transaction is as simple and stress free as possible for each client.
She has embraced the opportunity of taking over the Management and running of our offices and in July 2012 Natalie proudly became Co-Owner of Conveyancing Services.

Kat has been an integral part of our team since 2010 starting work with the firm as
our Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. Kat is our problem solver and has a strong focus
on customer service to ensure that our clients receive the very best advice and information possible.
Kat obtained her Conveyancing Licence in 2017 and became co-owner of the business in 2018.

Born and raised in sunny Newcastle NSW, Aaron joined our NSW Property Conveyancing Services team in 2024 as a new graduate of Macquarie University’s ‘Conveyancing Law and Practice’ certificate course.
With a background in travel management to the leadership and board of blue chip Australian companies, you will find that he is accurate, thorough and comprehensive in all dealings.
When he's not learning to be a conveyancer, he is often cheese-making, baking, or exploring the country-side with his family.

Ava performed her Year 12 High School work experience with Conveyancing Services in 2025 and was offered a
position to work with us full time in 2026. Ava is currently studying a Certificate IV Business as a traineeship with conveyancing services.

Tony has been with Conveyancing Services since we first opened in 1986 and continues to be a pillar of the business.
He has held a continuous Conveyancing Licence since licenses were first issued under the Conveyancers Licensing Act 1992. Tony was instrumental in fighting for non-solicitor Conveyancing in NSW. He is a highly esteemed member of the Conveyancing profession, and is particularly known for his extensive knowledge of Old System Title.
Between July 2012 and July 2018 Tony was proudly a Co-Owner of Conveyancing Services, choosing to step down as he moved closer to retirement.

He was instrumental in fighting for non-solicitor Conveyancing in NSW. Ian is a well respected part of the Conveyancing Industry, often preparing and presenting seminars for both Conveyancers and surveyors.
