Free JP services provided
Our Justice of the Peace Services were temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We have been contacted by many members of the public who have been struggling to find a JP to witness or certify their paperwork. Accordingly, we are now offering our free Justice of the Peace services, however due to the COVID-19 situation there will be a $10 cleaning and sanitising fee payable by cash at the time of your appointment.
Please note that at this time we are only able to provide this service under strict new terms. We apologise for any inconvenience at the, however hope that this service is of assistance, and look forward to working with you in the safety of all concerned:
You will need to phone our office on 02 4957 3655 to make an appointment to see our staff to minimise the amount of people at our premises at any given time.
Social distancing needs to be practised at all times.
Please bring your own pen to sign any necessary documents.
Please bring $10 cash to your appointment as no change can be given.
If you are not a Conveyancing Services client, and are wishing to use our JP Services, please note that you will need to provide your own copies of documents for certification. Alternatively, we are happy to provide this service for you, which costs 50c per page.
Conveyancing Services is proud to provide free Justice of the Peace services by appointment only at both our Adamstown and Maitland offices to help support our local community.
We have a JP at each of our offices so we can usually do same day appointments.
