Conveyancing Services is proud to provide free Justice of the Peace services by appointment only at both our Adamstown and Maitland offices to help support our local community.

We have a JP at each of our offices so we can usually do same day appointments.
Please give us a call before coming and we will make an appointment for you to see one of our friendly staff.

If you are not a Conveyancing Services client, and are wishing to use our JP Services, please note that you will need to provide your own copies of documents for certification. Alternatively, we are happy to provide this service for you, which costs 50c per page.

There can be many documents that need to be witnessed or certified by a Justice of the Peace when buying or selling such as the New Home Grant and First Home Owner Grant forms. We ensure that we always have sufficient qualified staff to assist our clients in completing the necessary forms.
