SALE
Our prices are $1,990.00 for your sale (including GST).
On top of our costs, you will need to allow approximately $250.00 for the documents that you are required by law to put into your Contract for Sale, being a title search, planning certificate and sewer diagram.
If you wish for us to act for you in this matter, please let us have the following:-
- Your full name, address, phone number and email address
- The address of the property that you wish to sell
- The sum of $500.00, being the costs of the documents that are required to go into the Contract together with part of our fee. If for any reason you decide not to proceed with the sale then this is all that we ask for. Otherwise the balance of our fee is due on settlement (when you get your money for the sale of your house).
PURCHASE
Our prices are $1,990.00 for a purchase (including GST).
If you wish for us to act for you in this matter, please let us have your full contact details and the address of the property that you wish to purchase.
Other costs that you will need to consider will be Stamp Duty, which is based on the Purchase Price of the property, and can be calculated at the following website:-

You will also need to allow approximately $200.00 for searches. We can only give you an approximate amount, as the actual amount will vary depending on the area of the property and your lenders requirements, however all will be charged at cost only. These are to obtain certificates from Council and Water to adjust the rates and water usage on settlement, and the PEXA electronic settlement fee.
Lastly you may wish to allow for any inspection reports such as Pest, Building or Strata Reports, Survey Reports, Building Certificates or Title Insurance that you wish to carry out.
