We confirm our prices are $1,990.00 for your purchase (including GST).
Other costs that you will need to consider will be Stamp Duty, which based on the purchase price of the property and if you wish can be calculated here.
On top of our costs, you will need to allow approximately $200.00 for searches. We can only give you an approximate amount as the actual amount will vary depending on the area of the property and your lenders requirements, however all will be charged at cost only. These searches are to obtain certificates from Council and Water to adjust the rates and water usage on settlement and also check with the Land Tax Authority, Mine Subsidence Board etc to see if they have any notices on the property.
Lastly you may wish to allow for any inspection reports such as Pest, Building or Strata Reports, Survey Reports, Building Certificates or Title Insurance that you wish to carry out over the property

If you are ready to get started, kindly provide us with your details in the form below. If you have found the property through a real estate agent, please advise them that you wish to use us, or if you found the property through the owner, please advise them directly. We will then email you a purchase enquiry form for you to advise us if you wish for us to arrange any pest, building or other reports for you.
Within the next week we should receive a Contract from the owners conveyancer, and on the same day that we receive it, we will contact you to make an appointment to come in and discuss the Contract personally with your conveyancer. if it is not possible for you to come to our office, we can do this by email.
