Our Pricing for Buying and Selling Property
Are You Buying Property?
Our team are excited to help you buy your property. We
confirm our prices are $2,200.00 for your purchase (including GST).
Other costs that will need to consider will be Stamp Duty,
which is based on the purchase price of the property. It can be
calculated here.
On top of our costs, you will need to allow approximately
$300.00 for searches. We can only give you an approximate amount as the actual
amount will vary depending on the area of the property and your
lenders requirements, however all will be charged at cost only.

Are You Selling Property?
Our dedicated team can help you sell your property. We
confirm our prices are $2,200.00 for your sale (including GST).
On top of our costs, you will need to allow approximately
$300.00 for the documents you are required by law to put into your Contract for
Sale, being a title search, planning certificate and sewer diagram.
We request an upfront payment of $600.00, being
approximately $300.00 for the documents and $300.00 off of our fees. If for any
reason you decide not to proceed with the sale, then the $600 is all you pay.
